The Chief Beef Bar is a real-food protein snack made from organic, grass-fed and grass-finished Australian beef. Each bar starts as around 80g of beef brisket and topside, then has the water slowly removed to create a tender, high-protein snack you can carry anywhere - to work, on a hike or in the lunchbox.
