Description
Chef's Choice Orange Blossom Water is distilled from bitter orange blossom and bottled in Lebanon, with the distilled floral water as the only ingredient and no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It comes as a 250 ml glass bottle and carries the citrus floral perfume that runs through Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking. Use it to scent syrups, custards, cakes and rice puddings, or splash a little into water, tea, fruit salad or couscous.
Product Strengths
- Scents desserts, syrups, cakes, custards and rice puddings with orange blossom.
- Works in savoury cooking too: couscous, lamb, hummus and falafel.
- A splash lifts water, tea, salads and fresh fruit.
- Distilled bitter orange blossom water is the only ingredient.
- No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and no added sugar.
- Vegan friendly and kosher certified.
- Made in Lebanon.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Vegan and kosher diets, sweet and savoury cooking, and drinks.
Not suitable for: Use as a cosmetic or a skincare product. It is supplied as a food ingredient.
Suggested Use
Add a small amount at a time, a teaspoon or so, and taste as you go, since the aroma is strong. Stir it into sugar syrups for baklava and ma'amoul, into custards, cream and cake batter, or over fresh fruit and salads. Add it towards the end of cooking, where the perfume carries best.
