Chef's Choice Leaf Gelatine Silver Grade Halal is edible sheet gelatine, made in Germany from halal certified bovine hide splits and packed in Australia. Silver grade sheets sit at around 170 bloom, set clearer and smoother than powdered gelatine, and are almost odourless and flavourless, so the taste of the dish comes through. Use them to set panna cotta, mousse, bavarois, jellies, terrines and cheesecake fillings.
