Description
Chef's Choice Certified Organic Raw Cacao Powder is pure cacao, made by pressing the cocoa butter out of ground cacao beans and milling what is left into a fine powder. It is unsweetened, grown in Peru, and carries a deep chocolate flavour with a hint of bitterness that lifts whatever you add it to. Stir it through baking, brownies, bliss balls, smoothies and hot drinks wherever you want a strong, unsweetened chocolate note.

Suggested Use
A serve is 10 g. Sift it into cake, brownie and biscuit batters, blend it into smoothies, or whisk it into warm milk for a rich drinking chocolate. Sweeten to taste, since the powder carries no sugar of its own.
