Description
Chef's Choice Himalayan Pink Rock Salt with Roasted Garlic is a finishing blend of Himalayan pink rock salt with real roasted garlic granules and whole white pepper, in a grinder pack so it is cracked straight over the food. The roasted garlic is hearty and savoury with the white pepper sitting behind it, which makes it a one turn seasoning rather than three separate jars. Grind it over seafood, poultry, meat and vegetables, at the table or during cooking.
