Caruso's Vitamin K2 + Ubiquinol is a two-in-one soft capsule. Each capsule carries 180 micrograms of menaquinone 7 as K2VITAL, together with 150 mg of ubiquinol-10 as Kaneka QH. Ubiquinol is the reduced, active form of coenzyme Q10.

Allergens
Contains soya bean and sulfites. The capsule shell contains gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 capsule daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. Vitamins should not replace a balanced diet. Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications.
