Caruso's Vitamin K2 Double Strength is a one-a-day soft capsule containing 180 micrograms of menaquinone 7. The double strength description is a comparison with Caruso's Vitamin K2 at 90 micrograms. Vitamin K2 plays a part in the production and activity of osteocalcin, the protein that binds calcium into bone.

Suggested Use
