Caruso's Vitamin E 500IU is a one-a-day soft capsule containing the natural d-alpha tocopherol form of vitamin E. Each capsule carries 335.38 mg of d-alpha tocopherol, equivalent to 500 IU of vitamin E, in a 150 capsule pack.
