Caruso's Thyroid Manager is a one-a-day film coated tablet that gathers the nutrients most closely tied to normal thyroid hormone production: iodine, selenium, tyrosine, zinc and vitamin D, with vitamin C and B vitamins alongside. Each tablet carries a full gram of tyrosine.

Excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, povidone, colloidal anhydrous silica, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, sucrose, acacia, medium chain triglycerides, dl-alpha-tocopherol, titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, macrogol 8000 and carnauba wax.
Allergens
Contains selenium and vitamin B6. Free from wheat, soy, yeast, nuts, lactose and gluten. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 tablet daily in the morning with food, or as advised by your health professional.
This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded by adults. This product contains vitamin B6; stop taking it if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health practitioner as soon as possible. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
