Caruso's Slippery Elm Powder is 100% slippery elm bark powder, a fine light brown powder with no added flavour. Slippery elm bark is rich in mucilage, a soluble fibre that forms a gel when it is stirred into water, which is why it has been used for generations as a soothing drink. The powder is grown in the USA and packed in Australia.
