Caruso's Rhodiola One A Day is a single-tablet daily dose of standardised Rhodiola rosea root extract. Rhodiola is traditionally used in Russian herbal medicine as an adaptogen, to help the body adapt to stress. Each tablet is standardised for total rosavins, rosavin and salidroside, and is suitable for vegans.
