Description
Caruso's Organic Selenium 150 supplies 150 micrograms of elemental selenium per capsule as selenomethionine, the amino acid bound form, which the body retains better than inorganic selenium salts. It is a one a day vegetable capsule taken with food.

Suggested Use
Adults, take 1 capsule daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.
Warnings
- This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded by adults. Take account of any other selenium containing supplement you use.
- Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medicines.
- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
- If you are taking any medicines or have any existing health conditions, talk to your health professional before use.
Storage
Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
