Caruso's Lavender is a single ingredient capsule carrying 80 mg of lavender oil, taken once a day. Lavender has been used for centuries in cooking, aromatherapy and herbal medicine, and this is the oral form, aimed at adults who want help settling excess nervous energy and sleeping more soundly.
