Description
Caruso's Hair, Skin & Nails is a one a day film coated tablet built around three structural nutrients: pantothenic acid, silicon from colloidal anhydrous silica, and zinc, with biotin, vitamin C, inositol and choline alongside. It is taken with food and the tablet can be broken or crushed.

- Supports hair growth and helps maintain healthy hair follicles and scalp health.
- Supports nail health, strength and thickness, and helps reduce nail brittleness, splitting and chipping.

- One a day tablet with a break bar, 60 tablets per pack. Suitable for vegans.

Suggested Use
Adults, take 1 tablet daily with food, or as advised by your health professional. The tablet can be broken in half or crushed if that is easier to swallow.
Warnings
- Use only as directed.
- Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
