Caruso's Cascara One A Day is a traditional herbal formula featuring standardised Cascara bark extract, used to help relieve constipation and maintain bowel regularity. Each tablet is standardised to its active constituent, cascaroside A, for a consistent, convenient one-a-day dose.

- May help soften the stool to ease bowel motions
- Free from dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, soy, nuts and animal products

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as advised by your health professional. If necessary the dose may be increased to 1 tablet twice daily. Do not use for more than 30 days without a 2-week break. Not suitable for children under 18 years, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Confirm from product label

Warnings and Contra-Indications:
- Always read the label and follow directions for use. If symptoms persist, worsen or change unexpectedly, talk to your health professional.
- Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea
- Discontinue if diarrhoea develops
- Whenever suffering from constipation, always drink plenty of water
- You should be aware that prolonged use of laxatives may lead to dependence and may cause serious bowel problems
- Use in children under the age of 12 is not recommended
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product
- We recommend not to take Caruso’s Cascara for more than 30 days without a 2 week break
Interactions:
- Do not use concurrently with Warfarin or stimulant laxatives
- Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications
