Satay Sauce Red Curry is a peanut satay sauce with a red curry character: peanuts and peanut butter with coconut milk, tamarind, lemongrass, lime, chilli and tomato, spicy, sweet and tangy all at once. Heat it through a stir-fry or curry, spoon it over skewers, or serve it as a dipping sauce.
