Description
Bonvit Psyllium Husk Natural Orange Flavour is a psyllium husk oral powder flavoured with natural orange, so it drinks as an orange flavoured fibre drink rather than plain husks. Each 10 g dose contains 4.8 g of psyllium husk powder, and the 500 g tub holds 50 doses. It is stirred into a glass of cool water and drunk straight away, and it contains no aspartame and no gluten. Adults take it to relieve constipation, maintain bowel regularity and maintain healthy digestive system function.

Suggested Use
Adults: add 10 g, approximately two level 5 mL medicinal measuring spoons, to a glass of at least 250 mL of cool water. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of water is helpful. If you are new to psyllium, start with one dose a day and build up to two doses a day if needed. Drink plenty of water. Always read the label and use only as directed.
