Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal is a gluten free, whole grain porridge made from freshly milled brown rice, corn, buckwheat and sorghum. It is a hearty, satisfying way to start the day and cooks in around 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- Whole grain brown rice (33%).
- Corn (33%).
- Whole grain sorghum (17%).
- Whole grain buckwheat (17%).
Serving Suggestion
Bring water to a boil, stir in the cereal, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened (around 10 minutes). Can also be prepared in the microwave. Serve with your choice of milk, fruit or other toppings. Refer to the pack for exact preparation instructions.

Per serve (dry): a good source of fibre (around 3 g) and provides around 4 g protein.
