Henry Blooms Liposomal Vitamin C 500 mg Sublingual Tablet carries 500 mg of ascorbic acid per tablet, from Liposomal PureWay-C, a vitamin C powder in which the vitamin sits inside a phospholipid coat. The tablet is chewed and dissolved in the mouth, or held under the tongue, rather than swallowed with water. Adults and children over 12 take it to support immune system health, to reduce the duration of the common cold and relieve the severity of its symptoms, and to support collagen formation, connective tissue health and skin health.

Suggested Use
Adults and children over 12 years: chew and dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth or under the tongue 1 to 2 times a day with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use if the blister seal is broken.
