Henry Blooms Green Lipped Mussel is a single-ingredient hard capsule containing 500 mg of dried New Zealand green lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus). Green lipped mussel is a whole-food marine ingredient traditionally taken for joint support. It is the 60 capsule pack, which is 30 days at the labelled dose of two capsules daily.

The capsule contains animal products, sodium and residual sulfites, and the capsule shell is gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
