Henry Blooms Cranberry 35,000 mg Plus is a one a day vegetarian capsule built on two cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) fruit extracts, together equivalent to 35 g of fresh cranberry, with 50 mg of vitamin C and colloidal anhydrous silica supplying 25 mg of silicon. It comes as a 30 capsule pack, so one bottle is a month. Adults take one capsule daily to support urinary tract health, to help reduce the occurrence of medically diagnosed cystitis, and to support skin health and skin repair.
