Blooms Raspberry leaf 2000 is formulated with Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) leaf, which is traditionally used in western herbal medicine to: Relieve diarrhoea Reduce occurrence of nausea Relieve morning sickness Support uterine health Relieve menstruation pain Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

- Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) leaf extract dry concentrate 250mg, from dry leaf 2g (2000mg)

No added wheat, sulfites, gluten, yeast, lupin, animal products, fish products, shellfish, mollusc, milk derivatives, eggs, soyabean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take two to three capsules twice daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional. Children under 18 years: only as professionally prescribed. Not for use during the first or second trimester of pregnancy.

Cautions & Interactions
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.
