Description
Blackmores Travel Calm Ginger is an uncoated tablet containing 400 mg of ginger rhizome powder as its only active ingredient. It is taken before travel to help reduce the symptoms of motion, travel and sea sickness, and ginger is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve nausea. This pack holds 45 tablets.

Suggested Use
Adults and children over 12 years: take 2 to 3 tablets half an hour before travelling, then 1 tablet every two hours as required. Do not exceed 5 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 6 to 12 years: give 1 tablet half an hour before travelling, then 1 tablet every two hours as required. Do not exceed 5 tablets in 24 hours.
Children under 6 years: only as professionally prescribed.
