Not suitable for: Vegetarians and vegans, because the collagen is marine derived and the recorded excipient list shows a gelatin capsule shell and yellow beeswax. Anyone with a fish allergy, which it contains, and anyone with soy allergy or sulfite sensitivity. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, which both the label and the ARTG warnings rule out. Anyone under 18 years, because it carries an adults only warning. It is not for continuous long term use: Blackmores limits the recommended duration to three months.

Ingredients

Zinc amino acid chelate 20 mg is the chelate and 4 mg is the elemental zinc it yields; the two are not interchangeable. Excipients: caramel, gelatin, glycerol, hydrogenated vegetable oil, lecithin, purified water, soya oil and yellow beeswax.

Allergens

Contains fish products, soya bean products and sulfites. The capsule shell is gelatin and the formulation includes yellow beeswax, so this is not a vegetarian or vegan product. Always review label for full list of ingredients.

Suggested Use

Adults, for general skin health: Take 1 capsule once a day. For targeted benefits: Take 2 capsules once a day. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. The recommended duration of use of this product must be limited to three months.
