Selemite B

Blackmores Selemite B supplies selenium in an organic form, as high selenium yeast, in a small film coated tablet taken once a day. Each tablet delivers 100 micrograms of elemental selenium from 83.4 mg of high selenium yeast, which is rich in selenomethionine. Selenium is a trace mineral that forms part of the body's own antioxidant defences. This bottle holds 100 tablets, a bit over three months at one tablet a day.

Ingredients
