Ingredients
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 697 mg (equivalent calcium 162.5 mg), colecalciferol 7.5 micrograms (equivalent vitamin D3 300 IU), magnesium citrate 259 mg (equivalent magnesium 40 mg), theanine (L-theanine) (AlphaWave®) 100 mg, Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seed extract dry concentrate 300 mg (equivalent dry 3 g).
Directions for Use
Adult women: take 1 tablet two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take after food.
