Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate is a high-quality, odourless fish oil that delivers concentrated omega-3 in a small, easy-to-swallow mini capsule. It is ideal for those who do not eat fish two to three times a week, helping support the health of the heart, brain, eyes and skin and maintain general health and wellbeing when dietary intake is inadequate.

Suggested Use
Take only one dose recommendation, with food, or as prescribed by a health professional. Adults and children 2–17 years – for general health and wellbeing, or for cardiovascular and nervous system health: take 1 capsule once a day. For brain, eye and skin health: take 5 capsules once a day. Not recommended for children under 2 years. Use in children only under adult supervision.
