Blackmores Omega Double High Strength Fish Oil is a concentrated fish oil soft capsule. Each capsule carries 1 g of concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides, yielding 600 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides as 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA. That is roughly double the omega-3 of a standard 1000 mg fish oil capsule, which is how the formula fits a once daily dose. It comes as the 90 capsule bottle, barcode 9300807319932.
