Description
Blackmores Nails, Hair & Skin is a film coated tablet built around biotin, zinc and vitamin C, with silica and horsetail extract, formulated to support the health of nails, hair and skin. It is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods to help reduce nail brittleness and splitting, support nail strength and thickness, support hair and skin health, and support collagen formation. It comes as two bottle sizes, 60 tablets and 120 tablets. Both bottles hold the same tablet, so the figures below apply to either pack.
Product Strengths
- Biotin 1.25 mg per tablet, so two tablets a day supply 2.5 mg of biotin.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults who want nutritional support for nail strength, hair and skin, and who are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
Not suitable for: Anyone with a fish allergy. It contains fish. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians: the tablet contains gelatin. It also contains sulfites and soya bean products, so it does not suit anyone avoiding soy or sensitive to sulfites, and it contains sucrose, maize oil and maize starch, which matters on a sugar restricted or corn free diet. It contains iron, so it should not be combined with other iron supplements without advice. Not suitable for anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients.

Excipients: ascorbyl palmitate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, caramel, carnauba wax, croscarmellose sodium, dl-alpha-tocopherol, gelatin, hypromellose, iron oxide red, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, maize oil, maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and sucrose. The tablet has no added dairy, wheat or yeast.

Suggested Use
