Product Strengths

• Calcium HMB 1 g per tablet: Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate monohydrate, supplied as myHMB.
• Vitamin D3 333.3 IU: From colecalciferol 8.3 micrograms per tablet.
• Listed uses: Helps maintain lean body mass and muscle mass in ageing individuals, helps reduce protein breakdown in the muscles in ageing individuals, and supports muscle health, muscle function and muscle strength.

Ingredients

Colecalciferol 8.3 micrograms and vitamin D3 333.3 IU are the same quantity expressed in two units. Excipients include calcium carbonate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, dl-alpha-tocopherol, hydrogenated soya oil, hydrolysed gelatin, hypromellose, iron oxide red, macrogol 8000, magnesium stearate, maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, purified water, silicon dioxide, stearic acid and sucrose.

Allergens

Contains sulfites. The excipients include hydrogenated soya oil and hydrolysed gelatin, so this is not a vegetarian or vegan product. Always review label for full list of ingredients.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet three times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.
