Blackmores Multivitamins for Men, sold here as Blackmores Mens Multi, is a one-a-day film coated tablet supplying 23 vitamins, minerals and lycopene at everyday nutritional levels. Blackmores formulates it with Sustained Release Technology, releasing nutrients gradually through the day. It is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods to support energy production, immune system health, mental function, nervous system health, reproductive system health and testosterone levels. It is the 90 tablet bottle, about a three month supply.

Suitable for: Adult men wanting a broad daily multivitamin and mineral tablet at everyday nutritional levels, taken once a day.
Not suitable for: Vegans and vegetarians. The tablet contains hydrolysed gelatin, an animal derived ingredient. The tablet contains soya bean products and sulfites, so it does not suit anyone avoiding soy or sensitive to sulfites, and it contains sucrose, glucose and maize starch, which matters on a sugar restricted or corn free diet. It is an adult formulation and is not intended for children. It contains vitamin A, so if you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take it without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. It also contains selenium and iron, so it is not suitable alongside other supplements that would push selenium or iron intake beyond the labelled limits. Not suitable for anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients.

- WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
