Blackmores Lyprinol Double is a soft capsule containing 100 mg of Marine PCSO-524 oil extract, a specialised cold processed oil from the New Zealand green lipped mussel, Perna canaliculus. It is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods to relieve inflammation, help reduce the symptoms of mild osteoarthritis and support general health and wellbeing. Double refers to the oil content: each capsule carries twice the marine oil of the original 50 mg Lyprinol capsule. It is the 30 capsule pack.

Suitable for: Adults with mild osteoarthritis symptoms who want a concentrated green lipped mussel oil and who have no shellfish or seafood allergy.
Not suitable for: Anyone with a seafood, shellfish or mollusc allergy. This capsule is made from green lipped mussel oil and it contains mollusc. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians: the active is a marine animal oil and the capsule shell is gelatin. The capsule also contains soya oil and sulfites, so it does not suit anyone avoiding soy or sensitive to sulfites. Not suitable for anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients.

Suggested Use
Adults - Initially, take 2 capsules 2 times a day for up to 8 weeks. Then reduce the dose to 1 capsule two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
At the initial dose of four capsules a day this 30 capsule pack lasts about a week, and at the maintenance dose of two capsules a day it lasts about 15 days. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
