Description
Blackmores Joint Formula Advanced is a four ingredient joint tablet that pairs glucosamine sulfate with a higher dose of chondroitin than the standard Joint Formula, plus manganese and boron. It is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods to help reduce the symptoms of mild osteoarthritis, including mild joint aches and pains, mild joint stiffness and mild joint inflammation or swelling, and to help maintain bone health. It comes as two bottle sizes, 60 tablets and 120 tablets. Both bottles hold the same tablet, so the figures below apply to either pack.
Product Strengths

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults who want a higher chondroitin dose alongside glucosamine to reduce the symptoms of mild osteoarthritis and support joint mobility.
Not suitable for: Vegans and vegetarians. The chondroitin in this tablet is bovine sodium chondroitin sulfate, an animal derived ingredient. Not suitable for anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients. The tablet contains sulfites and soya bean products, so it does not suit anyone avoiding soy or sensitive to sulfites. It carries approximately 223 mg of sodium per daily dose, which is relevant on a sodium restricted diet. Not for children under 18 years except as prescribed by a health professional. If you have a shellfish or seafood allergy, check the pack you receive: Blackmores now states this product uses GlucosaGreen glucosamine, while some retailer listings still carry the older precaution that the glucosamine is derived from seafood.
