Blackmores Glucosamine Sulfate 1500 One-A-Day is a high strength, vanilla flavoured film coated tablet that supplies a full 1.5 g of glucosamine sulfate in a single daily tablet. It is listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods to help reduce the symptoms of mild osteoarthritis, including mild joint pain, mild joint stiffness and mild joint inflammation, and to help maintain joint mobility and healthy joint cartilage production. It comes as two bottle sizes, 90 tablets and 180 tablets. Both bottles hold the same tablet, so the figures below apply to either pack.
Product Strengths
- One tablet a day supplies glucosamine sulfate 1.5 g, from glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride complex 1.884 g.
- Helps reduce the symptoms of mild osteoarthritis, including mild joint aches and pains, mild joint stiffness and mild joint inflammation or swelling.
- Helps maintain joint mobility and flexibility and supports healthy joint cartilage production.
- The glucosamine is GlucosaGreen, a sustainably sourced, non-GMO glucosamine sulfate rather than a shellfish extract.
- Vanilla flavoured, film coated tablet taken once a day with food.
- Choose 90 tablets or 180 tablets, which is roughly a three month or a six month supply at one tablet a day.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults who want to reduce the symptoms of mild osteoarthritis and support joint mobility, and who prefer a single daily tablet.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients. The tablet contains sulfites, soybean products and galactose, so it does not suit anyone avoiding soy, anyone sensitive to sulfites, or anyone on a galactose restricted diet. It carries approximately 151 mg of sodium per daily dose, which is relevant on a sodium restricted diet. This is an adult dose product and is not intended for children except on the advice of a health professional. If you have a shellfish or seafood allergy, check the pack you receive: Blackmores now states this product uses GlucosaGreen glucosamine, but older packs of this product carried a precaution that the glucosamine was derived from seafood.

The glucosamine is GlucosaGreen, a non-GMO glucosamine sulfate produced by fermentation rather than extracted from shellfish. Earlier packaging of this product carried a seafood-derived glucosamine precaution, so anyone with a shellfish or seafood allergy should read the pack in hand before use. Always review label for full list of ingredients.

Adults - Take 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
