Suggested Use
Adults - For heart, skin and general health: Take 2 capsules once daily. For brain and eye health: Take 3 capsules once daily. Children 1+ years - For healthy growth and development: Give 2 capsules once daily. Take with food. Children unable to swallow: Pierce capsule, squeeze contents into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.
Storage
Store below 25°C away from light. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
