Chromium 125 mcg); Chromium picolinate 201 mcg (equiv. Chromium 25 mcg).
Directions for Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily at the beginning of a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
