Metabolic BOOST is a practitioner-dispensed vegetable capsule built on Metabolaid, a proprietary combination of Lemon Verbena and Hibiscus extracts, with Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Nigella sativa extracts and iodine from potassium iodide. Adults take two capsules a day with food to support metabolic rate and energy production when dietary intake is inadequate, and to promote a feeling of satiety in healthy individuals.
