Designed for adult use, each tablet is taken once daily before bedtime with water, or as directed by your health professional.

Each tablet contains: Frangula purshiana (Cascara Sagrada) bark extract equiv. stem bark dry 125 mg (500 mg); Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion) root extract equiv. root dry 400 mg (2 g); Glycyrrhiza glabra (Deglycyrrhizinised Licorice) root extract equiv. root dry 192 mg (2.5 g); Mentha x piperita (Peppermint) essential oil 30 mg.
Directions for Use
Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily with water before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.
