Biopractica 5-HTP supplies 50 mg of L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) per capsule — a direct precursor to serotonin, a key neurotransmitter in the body. Each serving also provides the antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase, both derived from specially grown, biologically active vegetable cultures and dehydrated at low temperature to preserve their associated enzyme factors.
