BioGenesis Algae Oil Pure is an omega-3 softgel whose oil is grown from Schizochytrium, a marine microalga, rather than pressed from fish. Each capsule provides 250 mg of DHA and 125 mg of EPA, the long chain omega-3 fatty acids, and the oil is grown by fermentation rather than harvested from the sea. The 60 capsule pack suits adults who take their omega-3 daily and want it from a plant source.
