Description
BioGenesis Algae Oil Plus is a daily omega-3 softgel that takes its DHA and EPA from Schizochytrium, a marine microalga grown by fermentation, rather than from fish. Each capsule provides 300 mg of DHA and 150 mg of EPA, and adds 25 micrograms of vitamin D3 and 180 micrograms of vitamin K2 as menaquinone 7. With just one capsule a day, it is a simple choice for adults who do not eat fish or take fish oil.
