Bioclinic Naturals Opti Mag Orotate is a film coated tablet that carries magnesium, potassium and calcium as orotate salts, with a further share of the calcium as calcium diaspartate. Each tablet gives magnesium 53 mg, potassium 16.66 mg and calcium 25 mg, and the pack holds 120 film coated tablets. Taken to support energy production and body electrolyte balance, to support cardiovascular system health, heart health and blood vessel health, and to support healthy muscle contraction, muscle function, muscle relaxation and healthy neuromuscular function.

Quantities are per film coated tablet. Total calcium is 25 mg per tablet. At the maximum daily dose of 4 tablets the product provides magnesium 212 mg, potassium 66.64 mg and calcium 100 mg.
