Bioclinic Naturals Opti Pure EPA/DHA 1250 is a concentrated fish oil in an enteric coated soft capsule, at 1.25 g of omega-3 triglycerides per capsule giving EPA 600 mg and DHA 400 mg. The general daily dose is one capsule, and the pack holds 120 enteric coated soft capsules. Taken to support cardiovascular system health and heart health, to help maintain healthy blood lipids, to relieve inflammation, to support eye health and healthy eyesight, to support cognitive function, brain health and healthy emotional and mood balance, and to support healthy pregnancy and healthy foetal development.
