Suggested Use
Adults: take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as prescribed by a health professional.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed.
Warnings
WARNING: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
WARNING: Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains 22.5 mg of vitamin B6 per capsule. If you take more than one product including vitamin B6, please consult your health professional.
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Adults only. Not to be taken by children under 2 years old. Dietary supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
