BioCeuticals Sleep Complex is a herbal tablet that combines the standardised valerian extract Bio-156 with zizyphus seed, sour cherry fruit and lavender essential oil. The bottle holds 60 tablets and the serve is two tablets taken in the evening.
Product Strengths
- Valerian and zizyphus are traditionally used in Western and Chinese herbal medicine to support restful sleep.
- Standardised Bio-156 valerian extract, equivalent to 1.5 g of dry valerian root per tablet.
- Zizyphus seed extract equivalent to 4.5 g of dry seed per tablet, a herb long used in traditional Chinese medicine.
- Includes sour cherry fruit extract and lavender essential oil.
- Two-tablet evening serve, taken half to one hour before bed.
