BioCeuticals Multi Essentials is a practitioner-only film coated tablet providing a broad daily vitamin and mineral base, including a high-dose B group, vitamins C and E, betacarotene, citrus bioflavonoids and a wide mineral spread taking in calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium and boron. One tablet daily, in a 90 tablet pack. The formula contains no iron. Multi Essentials is a daily nutritional base for people whose diet is not meeting their needs or whose demands are high.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains vitamin B6: stop taking this product and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible if you experience tingling, burning or numbness.
