Liposomal Methyl B12 is a BioCeuticals oral liquid delivered by metered spray. Each 200 microlitre spray supplies 500 micrograms of mecobalamin, the co-methylcobalamin form of vitamin B12, carried in a phospholipid vehicle and held in the mouth before swallowing. It comes as the 50 mL spray bottle carrying barcode 9337896001646. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, nervous system function and the release of energy from food, and mecobalamin is a form the body can use directly.

Suggested Use
Adults: spray one 200 microlitre dose (1 spray) into the mouth once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Hold for 30 to 120 seconds between the cheek and gum before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Shake well before use.
Storage
Keep the bottle upright with the cap firmly closed. Store away from heat and direct sunlight, as directed on the pack.
