Suggested Use
Adults only: Shake well before use. Measure 5mL (1 metric teaspoon) once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Hold in the mouth for 30-120 seconds before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before food. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
