BioCeuticals Clinical UM Calm is a lemon lime flavoured oral powder providing 300 mg of magnesium per 7.5 g dose from UltraMag magnesium amino acid chelate and magnesium glycerophosphate, with calcium, zinc, inositol, taurine, choline, glycine, Lactium hydrolysed milk protein and green tea extract. Adults mix one heaped scoop into water or juice to relieve tiredness and fatigue and to help relieve muscle cramps and mild muscle spasms when dietary intake is inadequate.

Suitable for: Adults taking a magnesium powder under the direction of a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone avoiding milk or soy, or sensitive to sulfites, all of which it contains; infants under 12 months, except on the advice of a health professional; anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, without advice from their health professional; anyone avoiding caffeine, as each dose contains 7.5 mg from green tea extract.

Suggested Use

Adults: take 7.5 g (1 heaped scoop) once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Mix into 100 mL of water or juice and consume immediately.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and follow the storage conditions printed on the pack.
