Each tablet contains: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 200 mg; Iron (II) glycinate (bisglycinate) (Ferrochel®) 88.8 mg equiv. to iron 24 mg; Arthrospira platensis (spirulina) 100 mg; Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P) (active vitamin B6) 24.6 mg equiv. to pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 15 mg; Betacarotene 2.7 mg equiv. to vitamin A 450 micrograms; Cupric citrate 545.4 micrograms equiv. to copper 200 micrograms; Levomefolate calcium 250 micrograms equiv. to levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) (active vitamin B9) 230.9 micrograms; Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) (active vitamin B12) 250 micrograms; Herbal extract equiv. to dry: Beta vulgaris (beetroot) root 30 mg min. equiv. to dry 240 mg. Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. WARNING – Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6). Dietary supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains phenylalanine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Contains sulfites. If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use. Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery; please confirm with your health professional.
